What to Expect from MSN

On your behalf, MSN will reach out to patients via email or text. These messages will provide the patient a link to MSN's Click 2 Pay portal allowing them to:

If no payment has been received, a paper statement is mailed

Answering Patients' Most Asked Questions about MSN Billing

To update your mailing address, navigate to the Patient tab located in the upper-right corner of the Click2Pay portal.

You can update your insurance details under the Patient tab in the upper-right corner of the Click2Pay portal.

Your insurance response information is available on your statement, which can be accessed under the Statement tab in the upper-right corner of the Click2Pay portal.

To check the status of your refund, please contact our customer service team via chat or email.

If you believe you have already paid, please reach out to a customer service representative via chat or email on the Click2Pay portal for assistance.

We use an advanced notification system to provide your statement electronically, allowing you to view and pay your balance promptly.

To unsubscribe from email notifications or opt out of text messages, visit the Patient tab in the Click2Pay portal and update your communication preferences.
